The Problem

Our D365 Sales data is there. The analytics layer isn't.

Dynamics 365 captures every lead, opportunity and account. Turning that into a decision-ready view is where teams stall.

01

No pipeline visibility

Deals live in views and exports. Leadership can't see stage movement, coverage, or where pipeline is slipping.

02

Forecasting in spreadsheets

Reps roll up numbers by hand. The forecast is stale the moment it's built and impossible to audit.

03

No rep performance view

Activity, conversion and quota attainment sit in separate places. Coaching runs on anecdote, not data.

04

CRM data isn't trusted

If the numbers don't reconcile, nobody uses the dashboard. Definitions drift and adoption stalls.

05

No win/loss insight

Closed deals aren't analysed. You can't see why you win, where you lose, or which segments convert.

06

Reporting is manual

Analysts extract, paste and format. By the time the board pack is ready, the window has moved on.

The Dashboard

Five modules. Sixteen pages. 90+ KPIs.

Every page reads live from Dynamics 365 Sales through Dataverse. Pick a module to see what your team gets on day one.

Native Dynamics 365 vs Agile Sales Analytics

What Dynamics 365 gives you. What Agile Sales Analytics adds.

Dynamics 365 Sales is built to run the sales process. Agile Sales Analytics is built to turn that data into pipeline and revenue decisions, without a six-month BI build.

All capabilities available from day one. No custom development required.

Native Dynamics 365 Sales capability reflects standard Sales Enterprise. Some capabilities are achievable natively with custom Power BI development; Agile Sales Analytics delivers them pre-built and validated.

Included Capability

MQL to SQL tracking, closing the marketing-to-sales loop.

The handoff between marketing qualification and sales conversion is where attribution breaks down. Agile Sales Analytics closes it with a one-time Dynamics 365 Sales configuration, with no additional data source required.

Delivery

Live in 2–3 weeks. Four phases.

A fixed structure from environment validation to go-live, with KPIs signed off before production.

Days 1–2

Environment Validation & Setup

D365 Sales access confirmed, Dataverse tables validated, connector configured.

Days 3–5

Deployment & Branding

Solution deployed, data flowing, all 5 modules live, branding applied.

Days 6–8

KPI Validation & UAT

All agreed KPIs validated on live data, issues resolved, sign-off obtained.

Days 9–10

Go-Live & Training

Production deploy, refresh schedule configured, 2-hour team training delivered.

Pricing

Three tiers. Fixed pricing. No surprises.

Most team start with custom. Standard is there if you’re not ready for closed-loop attribution yet.

Build vs Buy

The question isn't what it costs. It's whether you can staff it.

Building this in-house takes a five-role project team. Most mid-market Dynamics 365 teams don’t have all five sitting idle.

The team you'd need What they do Days Do you have one free?
Business Analyst Define and sign off 90+ KPIs, run UAT with sales 20
Solution Architect Semantic model, data architecture, technical sign-off 7
Dynamics 365 Developer Dataverse integration, MQL to SQL configuration 10
Power BI Developer DAX, data model, 16 dashboard pages 45
Project Manager Runs the team, owns the timeline, chases UAT 15
Five roles, one project ~112

Not four people in sequence. A project, with standups, handoffs, and rework when the KPI definitions don’t survive contact with the data model. We’ve added 15% for coordination, because real projects do.

Agile Sales Analytics

fixed, live in 2 to 3 weeks

Same capability, same scope. 112 person-days including coordination.

You probably can't staff it.

You have a Power BI person. Maybe a Dynamics 365 admin. You almost certainly do not have a solution architect with five months free.

Their time isn't free, it's spent.

112 days is your BI team's next two quarters. The question isn't what this costs. It's what stops while you build it.

The hard parts get cut.

In-house BI stalls at "good enough." Attribution and win/loss are always the first to go, and they're the two things the CRO actually asked for.

If you have all five roles with real capacity, you can build this. Most teams we speak to have two of the five. That’s the decision, not the price.

Common Questions

FAQ

What's the difference between Standard and Custom?

Standard gives you all five modules and 50+ pre-built KPIs reading live from Dynamics 365 Sales. Custom adds the closed-loop attribution layer: MQL to SQL tracking, lead-to-revenue attribution, and 40+ additional Custom-tier KPIs, taking you to 90+ in total. If you need to trace won revenue back to the lead and source that generated it, you need Custom. Most teams do.

Yes. Agile Sales Analytics reads directly from your Dynamics 365 Sales data through the native Dataverse connector. No additional data source is required. MQL to SQL tracking on the Custom tier is enabled through a one-time Dynamics 365 Sales configuration.

Standard is live in 1 to 2 weeks. Custom is 2 to 3 weeks, across four phases: environment validation, deployment and branding, KPI validation and UAT, then go-live and training. The extra time on Custom covers the attribution configuration and Custom-tier KPI validation.

In your own Microsoft tenant. Agile Sales Analytics is Dataverse-native, so there is no middleware, no data extracts and no third-party vendors. Your data never leaves your environment.

Agile Sales Analytics runs in a standard Power BI workspace. Your team needs Power BI Pro, or a Premium or Fabric capacity, to view and share reports. We confirm the right setup during environment validation, before any work begins.

No. The price is fixed and all-inclusive, and you receive perpetual internal use rights to the deployed solution. There is no subscription and no recurring licence fee. Optional ad hoc support is available at $200 per hour if you want it.

Yes. You own the deployed solution and can extend it. Delivery includes mapping your agreed KPIs and applying your branding. If you need KPIs outside our register, the Bespoke tier covers custom KPI design and a tailored Power BI data model.

Yes. Agile Sales Analytics is listed on the Microsoft commercial marketplace, and you can request a demo directly from the listing. View the listing here.
