The adoption gap
Most organisations roll out Microsoft Copilot and then watch usage flatline. The technology is rarely the issue — it’s the absence of a structured, role-relevant, governed pathway that turns curiosity into daily habit.
Teams have access to Copilot, but no shared language, prompt patterns, or scenarios that map to their real work — so it gathers dust.
Off-the-shelf demos show what Copilot can do, but don't teach business users how to use it well, safely, in their own apps and workflows.
Without Responsible AI principles, data classification, and acceptable-use guardrails, adoption stalls — or worse, scales the wrong way.
The engagement model
CAP is a staged, gated engagement. Stage 1 is mandatory — without executive sponsorship and a clean AI Readiness Assessment, we won’t proceed to skilling. This isn’t a process step; it’s what separates Copilot rollouts that stick from the ones that fail quietly.

Our approach
CAP is designed as a continuous learning rhythm. Foundational training is the start, not the finish. We embed champions, baseline measurement, and reinforcement so usage compounds quarter on quarter.
Every module ties to a real work scenario and measurable use case, not abstract feature tours.
Privacy, security, and Responsible AI practices are embedded in every lab and prompt pattern.
Advanced tracks can be tailored for finance, ops, HR, sales — with industry-specific scenarios.
We teach people how to build effective prompts — patterns, structure, refinement — instead of handing out static prompt libraries that go stale.
Reinforcement via a champions group, monthly Evergreen sessions, and your own customised AI Coach across the learning ecosystem.
STAGE 1 · Mandatory
Leadership session
And it fails — quietly, expensively — without visible C-suite sponsorship. That’s why the Leadership Session is mandatory and runs before skilling begins. Senior leaders set the tone, model the behaviour, and own the change. Without that, the 8-week program lands on empty ground.
Use Copilot hands-free on the move — voice-driven prompts, dictation, on-the-go briefings.
AI-generated audio recaps of meetings you missed or want to absorb on the commute.
Frameworks for shifting team behaviour toward confident, accountable Copilot use.
How leaders model and reinforce Copilot use to set the cultural tone for the wider org.
STAGE 2 · skilling
Instructor-led
The 8-week program is where capability is actually built — structured, role-relevant, and instructor-led from AI fundamentals through to building your own agents. Every module is designed to close the gap between having Copilot and using it with confidence.
STAGE 3 · Tier
Continuous reinforcement
Stage 3 keeps usage compounding after launch. It’s the next tier model — included in the Platinum tier or available as an add-on to any engagement.
A first in the market
Not a generic chatbot. A digital worker built for your organisation — branded to your voice, trained on your scenarios, embedded across the entire CAP learning ecosystem. Available during training, after, and always.
Branded to your organisation's voice, terminology, and use cases — not a generic assistant.
Branded to your organisation's voice, terminology, and use cases — not a generic assistant.
Embedded in training videos, written guides, prompt examples, and Stage 3 reinforcement.
Learns your environment as Copilot usage and your content library expand over time.
Engagement tiers
CAP scales from foundational adoption to a strategic, subscription-based partnership. Pick the tier that fits your ambition, licence position, and operating model. Each tier builds on the one before it.
Bronze
Get the basics right. Mandatory readiness, leadership sponsorship, and the full 8-week skilling program.
Silver
Bronze plus role-specific depth. Tailored use cases and innovation workshops to widen adoption.
Gold
Silver plus measurable business value, custom agents, and an executive operating model for AI.
Platinum
Gold plus a subscription model for continuous optimisation. We stay engaged as your AI partner.
Most global Copilot partners offer either programs or subscriptions. We’ve built a hybrid model so you can start with a defined outcome and graduate to ongoing partnership when the business is ready.

Common Questions
What licences do participants need?
The full program assumes participants have Microsoft 365 Copilot licences and access to the required M365 apps (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI). For users without a Copilot licence, we offer a tailored Copilot Chat module so foundational AI concepts and chat functionality are still accessible.
How is CAP different from generic Copilot training?
CAP is a structured adoption program, not a one-off training event. It combines instructor-led modules, hands-on labs, role-based scenarios, Responsible AI guardrails, champions enablement, and continuous reinforcement via Evergreen sessions — designed to drive measurable, sustained usage.
Can the program be tailored to specific teams or roles?
Yes. The 8-week pathway is the introductory backbone. We layer role-based deep-dives on top — for finance, HR, sales, operations, or any team — with practical use cases, advanced features, and industry-specific scenarios.
How do we measure success?
We baseline before kickoff with a usage survey and time-on-task estimates, and compare post-training across active usage, time saved on routine tasks, content quality, and documented value — while maintaining compliance with Responsible AI and security requirements.
Do you cover building custom agents?
Yes — Week 8 is dedicated to designing and governing custom Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, the low-code agent builder that sits between simple Copilot Chat customisations and full enterprise agentic frameworks. Participants build a Policy Q&A agent grounded in approved documents during the session.
What's the difference between Copilot Studio and Agile Agents?
They sit at different points on the agent maturity curve. Copilot Studio is Microsoft’s low-code agent builder — ideal for retrieval-based agents grounded in your documents (policies, FAQs, knowledge bases). Most organisations don’t need to jump straight to fully autonomous solutions; Copilot Studio is a comfortable, governed middle ground that we teach in Week 8. For more complex, autonomous, or multi-agent workflows, our Agile Agents platform — built on Azure AI Foundry — extends the capability with enterprise-grade orchestration, security, and observability.
Is AI Readiness mandatory, or can we skip it?
It’s mandatory. The AI Readiness Assessment is Stage 1 of the engagement — we don’t proceed to skilling without it. This isn’t a sales gate; it’s a risk gate. Copilot surfaces a user’s existing M365 permissions, and without proper data classification, access controls, and process readiness, your users may unintentionally access sensitive content (HR, finance, M&A) or scale broken processes with AI. If the assessment exposes blockers we can’t resolve, the engagement pauses until they are.
Why is the Leadership Session mandatory?
Because Copilot adoption is not an IT initiative — and it fails without visible C-suite sponsorship. The Leadership Session runs before skilling begins and is designed for executives, C-suite, and department heads. It’s not optional in CAP; it’s the cultural counterpart to the AI Readiness Assessment. Together they form Stage 1.
How are the engagement tiers structured?
CAP runs in four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Bronze is the foundation: AI Readiness, leadership session, champions enablement, and the 8-week skilling program. Silver adds innovation workshops and role-based training. Gold adds business value realisation, advanced scenarios, custom agents in Copilot Studio, and an AI operating model. Platinum is a subscription-based strategic partnership with continuous optimisation. Most global Copilot partners offer either programs or subscriptions — we offer both so you can start defined and graduate to ongoing.
What is the AI Coach and how is it different from Copilot?
The AI Coach is a digital worker we build for each customer — branded to your organisation’s voice, trained on your specific scenarios, and embedded across the entire CAP learning ecosystem (training videos, written guides, prompt examples, Q&A). Copilot is the Microsoft product your users interact with day to day. The AI Coach is the customised companion that helps them learn to use it well, available during the program and as part of Stage 3.
Is Microsoft funding available for this program?
For eligible customers, Microsoft funding may be available to subsidise parts of the engagement. We’ll assess fit and assist with the funding application as part of the initial discovery call. All Microsoft funding is subject to approval.
